Spanish cold soup ///// Španska hladna supa



Savršeno rešenje za tople letnje dane...

Potrebno vam je:

1 krastavac
1 zelena paprika
1 luk
2 čena belog luka
400 ml paradajz soka
500 ml pilećeg bujona
sok od tri limuna
15 kockica leda
2 kašike maslinovog ulja
pola veze sveže mirođije
susam, so, biber (po ukusu)

Iseckati krastavac i papriku. Pomešati sa mirođijom i ostaviti u frižideru oko pola sata. Pomešati paradajz sok, sok od tri limuna, maslinovo ulje i pileći bujon. Pred služenje staviti kockice leda u tu smesu. Smesu sa krastavcem posoliti i pobiberiti, pa izmešati sa prepečenim susamom. Staviti u paradajz supu. Servirati sa komadićima hleba prepečenim na maslinovom ulju, ili sa kubetima. Prijatno!

Perfect solution for warm summer days...

You will need:

1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1 onion
2 slices of garlic
400ml tomato juice
500ml chicken (or vegetable) soup
juice of 3 lemons
15 ice cubes
2 spoons of olive oil
fresh dill
sesame, salt, pepper

Cut cucumber and pepper in small pieces. Mix it with dill and leave it in the fridge for a half an hour. Mix tomato juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and soup. Before you serve it, mix it with ice cubes. Take the mixture with cucumber out of the fridge, and mix it with sesame. Put salt and pepper. Join it with the tomato soup. Serve it with small pieces of bread, fried in olive oil, or with small bread rolls. Bon appetite!
