If you were thinking that I wouldn`t represent another polenta recipe soon, you were wrong :) Here`s another simple recipe, yet easy and pretty much healthy.
Potrebno je:
250g palente
200 g spanaća
500ml supe
1 crvena paprika
1 manji paradajz
1 manja glavica luka
mladi sir
golica
maslinovo ulje
so, biber
Pripremiti palentu u provreloj supi. Dodati spanać (ako je zamrznut, malo ga obariti) i sir. Pomešati. Na luku i maslinovom ulju malo propržiti iseckanu papriku i paradajz. Začiniti. Odvojeno prepeći golicu. U namazanu vatrostalnu činiju supati palentu i napraviti testo od nje. Od gore posuti fil od paprike, pa golice. Peći na 200C. Svega desetak minuta, dok se ne stvori blaga kora od palente.

You will need:
250g polenta
200g spinach
500ml broth
1 red pepper
1 small tomato
1 smaller onion
feta cheese
pumpkin seed
olive oil
salt, pepper
Make polenta in a boiling broth. Add spinach (if it`s frozen, boil it a bit before that) and cheese. Mix it. Cut a pepper and tomato, and fry it in olive oil and onion. Add salt and pepper. Roast pumpkin seed a bit on the stove. Put a little bit of oil or butter in the glass baking pan, and pour polenta. Make a pie-like shape of it. Cover it with pepper mix and pumpkin seed. Bake on 200C. Bake for around 200C, until you get a soft crost out of polenta.
