I was planning to roast chicken breasts for lunch, but when it got defrosted, I saw that it was actually minced chicken breasts, which my mother gave me a while ago. I first started to prepare hamburgers of it, but it wasn`t possible, since white meat was constanty gathering in big chops. Hence, I got the idea to prepare casserole from it, which in the end looked like this: (as you can see, the oven is baking one side a bit more than the other)

Musaku sam servirala uz pire od graška koju sam videla na sajtu Filipove bake.

I served the casserole with mashed peas and potatoes, which recipe I saw on blog Filipova baka.

Potrebno je (za dve osobe):

400g mlevenog pilećeg belog mesa
1/3 praziluka
1 crni luk
1 čen belog luka
1 šargarepa
2 jajeta
200 g graška
2 krompira
senf
so, biber, mirođija, peršun

Njam, njam!

You`ll need (for 2 people):

400g minced chicken breasts
1/3 leek
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 carrot
2 eggs
200g peas
2 potatoes
mustard
salt, pepper, dill, parsley

Fry minced meat on olive oil and leek, with added grated carrot. Put salt, pepper. When it`s slightly fried, mix two eggs with mustard, and add it to the meat mixture. Put a it of olive oil in a glass baking dish, and pour meat mixture in it. Sprinkle a bit of parsley over it, and it`s ready to be baked. Bake it on 200C, until it gets colour.

Smashed peas and potatoes I prepared based on the recipe from Filipova baka. It`s very simple: you just fry boiled potatoes and peas on chopped garlic and onion. You add a bit of salt, pepper and dill, and then mix it in the mixer, until you get a smooth mixture. Bon appetite!
