The best combination for muffins - spinach and cheese

Ovo su najbolji mafini koji postoje. Na mom poslu barem jednom nedeljno neko pravi varijaciju na ovaj recept koji ću vam predstaviti. Mi ih još zovemo još mini projice, jer su zaista mini verzija čuvene proje.

These are the best salt muffins that exist. At my work almost every week somebody is making a variation on this recipe. 



Potrebno vam je:

2 šolje kukuruznog brašna
1 šolja običnog brašna (ja stavim speltino)
1 šolja ulja
1 šolja kisele vode
1 šolja mleka (ili jogurta)
4 jaja 
200 g spanaća
4 pune kašike švapskog sira
1 mala kašičica šećera
3 male kašičice soli
1 prašak za pecivo
100gr suncokreta
100gr golica

Spanać malo obariti, suncokret i golice prepeći. Sve sjediniti i puniti modle malo manje od vrha. Posuti susamom. Peći na 200C dok ne porumene. I to je sva nauka! Prijatno!

You`ll need:

2 cups of corn flour
1 cup of weat flour (I use spelt flour)
1 cup oil
1 cup of sparkling water
1 cup of milk (or yoghurt-creme)
4 eggs
200g spinach
4 full spoons of feta cheese
1 coffespoon of sugar
3 coffeespoons of salt
1 baking powder
100g of sunflower seed
100g of pumpkin seed

Boil spinach a little bit, and fry the seed. Mix first the dry ingredients, and then add the rest. Fill the moulds, and sprinkle sesame over them. Bake on 200C, until they get colour. And that`s all! Bon apetite!
