Na svom drugom blogu sam
ovde veće predstavila svoju verziju testenine od heljde sa mariniranim šampinjonima. Takve marinirane šampinjone same za sebe pripremam veoma često, jer su izuzetno jednostavni za pripremiti, a ukus im je perfektan i potpun. I tako sam jednom prilikom iz nepoznatog razloga napravila duplu meru, pa ih je posle trebalo potrošiti. Hmmm?
Dodala sam malo tečne pavlake, dodatno skuvala taljatele od spanaća koje sam imala, i dobila savršen obrok.

On my
other blog I presented the perfect marinated mushrooms pasta recipe. That kind of marinated mushrooms I prepare separately very often, because they`re very easy to prepare, and they give the perfect and complete recipe. And so by one occasion for no apparent reason I prepared double dose of these mushrooms, so I was to do something with that. Hmmmmm?
I added some white cooking cream, added some spinach tagliatelles I had, and I got a perfect meal.
Slučajno se tu zadesila i drugarica, i verujte mi - tražila je repete :) Limun mi je u poslednje vreme veliko otkriće u kuhinji. U salatama je naravno neizostavan sastojak, ali npr. i sa šampinjonima. Tačno zaokruži celu teksturu i ukus - doda onaj final touch :) Prekjuče sam pravila pitu sa šampinjonima, i dodala limun u nadev - joooj, tog savršenstva!
Kako vam se čini ovaj recept? Imate li neki predlog/iskustvo na tu temu?

My friend was there also, and believe me - she asked for more :) Lately, lemon is a big discovery for me. In salads is of course an inevitable ingredient, but also with mushrooms. It completes the whole texture and taste - it adds that final touch :) The day before yesterday I made a mushroom pie, and I added a lemon to the mixture - OMG, what an experience!!
