Ovo je verovatno bilo poslednje putovanje na koje smo sestra i ja išle zajedno sa roditeljima. Sada svaka od nas polako započinje da zasniva svoju porodicu, i doći će tu nove generacije koje će preuzeti prioritet. Drago mi je što smo za to porodično putovanje odabrali baš Istanbul. Ima li nekog drugog grada koji toliko asocira na detinjstvo, bajke, snove o nekom tamo dalekom vremenu i svetu?
Istanbul je grad ZA one koji:
- vole orijentalnu kulturu
- vole istoriju, naročito onu koja je vezana za osmanlijsko carstvo
- smatraju da su priče o sultanima i haremima egzotične
- vole ili poštuju različitosti
- koji su spremni za kulturološki šok
Istanbul NIJE grad za one koji:
- se plaše novih i drugačijih iskustava- imaju predrasude o orijentalnoj kulturi
- koji vole bogat spoljašnji sjaj stvari

This was probably the last trip on which my sister and me went together with our parents. Now both of us are slowly starting to form our own families, and now new generations will take priorities. I`m glad that we chose Istanbul for this family trip. Is there any other city that reminds you so much of childhood, fairytales, dreams of some far away time and world?
Istanbul is FOR the people who:
- like oriental culture
- like history, especially the one one connected to the Ottoman empire
- consider the stories about sultans and harems exotic
- respect the diversities
- are ready for cultural shock
Istanbul is NOT for the people who:
- are afraid of new (different) experiences
- have prejudices about oriental culture
- who love luxury exterior shine of things
