Spanish gaspacho, 2 in 1

Ovo je još jedan moj predlog zdravog obroka, kakvi će nam trebati sada kada dolazi lepo vreme. Nemojte biti u pogrešnom uverenju da ja "živim zdravo i hranim se lako". Trudim se, ali desi mi se često da gricnem samo malo slaninine ili kulena, i to onako kao čips, uveče posle treninga :) No, važno je imati cilj i ideju, zar ne?


Španski gaspačo je odlično rešenje za sve kojima treba zdrav i lagan obrok, a koji pritom može brzo da se spremi. Pogodan je i za one najekstremnije vegane koji ne jedu nikakvu termički obrađenu hranu, jer je sva filozofija u gaspaču da se sve samo samelje i spremno je za konzumiranje. A ima i mogućnost 2 u 1 kao što je bilo u mom slučaju. Provlačio se ranije stav mog verenika o tim "alternativnim" obrocima, kako ih on zove. Pa, pošto je za njega supa supa, a čorba čorba - drugim rečima, nešto što je toplo, za njega sam gaspačo iskoristila kao umak za tortilja čips, koji jedemo u abnormnim količinama. Ja sam ga jela sa kukuruznim galetama, na koje volim da namažem malo pavlake ili ABC namaznog sira. I mogu vam reću da je ručak bio veoma sit.


Potrebno vam je (za 4 osobe):

1 konzerva paradajz pelata
1 šolja domaćeg paradajza
2 krastavca
1 manji luk
2 čena belog luka
1 zelena paprila
1 crvena paprika
1 čili papričica
100ml maslinovog ulja
2-3 kašike balzamiko sirćeta
so, biber

Sve samleti u blenderu, posoliti i pobiberiti i voila! Ovo je recept koji sam videla u nekim novinama, samo sam oduzela još jedan pelat, i umesto njega dodala domaći paradajz. Takođe bih sledeći put stavila malo manje luka, jer je ovo bilo malo više od onoga što meni prija. Ukrasiti bosiljkom ili peršunom. Umesto galeta, možete staviti krutončiče u čorbu!

This is another suggestion of mine for a healthy meal, which we`ll need now when a better weather is approaching. Don`t be misled by thinking that I`m leaving a healthy life. I`m trying, but often it happens that I eat a bit of bacon or sausage, like chips, late in the evening, after the workout :) What can I do?! However, it`s important to have a goal and an idea, right? 

Spanish gaspacho is a great solution for everybody who need a healthy and easy meal, and which can be quickly prepared. It`s suitable for those extreme vegans who don`t like termically prepared food, because all the philosophy about preparing the gaspacho is to blend it, and then it`s ready to be served. And it has that 2 in 1 possibility, like it was in my case. Before I was mentioning my boyfriends` attitude about "alternative" meals, as he likes to call them. For him, the soup is the soup, and it has to be warm. So, in his case I used gaspacho as a dip for tortilla chips, which btw, we eat almost every day! I ate the soup with corn dry bread, on which I like to put some sour cream. 

You will need (for 4 people):

1 package of tomato puree
1 mug of domestic tomato juice
2 cucumbers
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 chili pepper
100ml olive oil
2-3 aceito balsamico
salt, pepper

Mix all in blender, put salt and pepper and voila! This is the recipe from some magazine, from which I disclude another package of tomato puree, instead of which I added tomato juice. Also, next time I will put smaller amount of onion and garlic, since this was maybe too much for me. When served, sprinkle some basil or parsley over it. Instead of this dry bread, you can put croutons into the soup.
