Postoje kolači koji su zarazni i koji se svima svide. Kolači koji čine da nikad ne poželiš da ih progutaš, jer želiš još samo malo da osetiš to savršenstvo u svojim ustima. Do sledećeg zalogaja.. Pa sledećeg, pa sledećeg...

Takva je ova bela rozen torta, kod nekih poznata kao torta Beli anđeo. Nema kome se nije svidela. I ljubiteljima bele čokolade, i onima koji to nisu. Meni je ovo najbolja verzija rozen torti.

Ovaj put mi je ispala malo gnjecava, pa ćete oprostiti na nepravilnom sečenju

Postoji mnoštvo recepata, i mnogi uključuju šlag. Meni je, pak, najbolja ova kombinacija ukusa:

1 pakovanje kora za rozen tortu
1 l mleka
3 pudinga sa ukusom pavlake
10 kašika šećera
300g bele čokolade
100g šećera u prahu
1 margarin

Prokuvati mleko sa šećerom, pa u njem uskuvati puding. Kada je puding gotov, dodati mu čokoladu. Posebno umutiti margarin sa šećerom u prahu. Sjediniti smesu sa ohlađenim pudingom. Puding pre toga mešati da se ne bi uhvatila kora. Filovati svaku koru potom, i ostaviti za poslednju. Takođe, ostaviti dva rebra čokolade za posipanje. Ohladiti kolač, i pritisnuti ga nekom šerpom ili knjigom kako bi se sve sjedinilo. Kada se ohladi namazati i poslednju koru, i narendati čokoladu od gore. Toliko se sve beli, da mnogi misle da je to slana sir torta :)

There are sweets that are contagious and that everybody like. The sweets and cakes that make you never want to swallow them, because you want to enjoy that delight in your mouth a little bit more. Until next bite. And then the next, the next...

That`s how this white chocolate cake is. Among some famous as White angel. There`s no person who didn`t like it. Lovers of white chocolate, and those who aren`t those lovers. It`s a special kind of Rosen cake, very famous here because of special cake crusts that are sold in Serbia, and you can combine different flavours for the filling.

There are lots of recipes for this cake, many of which include whip cream. For me, this is the best version:

1 package of cake crusts
1 l milk
3 puddings wtih flavour of white cream
10 spoons of sugar
200g white chocolate
100g powder sugar
1 butter

Boil milk with sugar, and then add the puddings. When it`s finished, add the chocolate. Separately mix butter with powder sugar. Join it with cold pudding. Before that stir the pudding regularly, so that it doesn`t get the crust. Put the filling onto each cake crust, except the last one. Also, leave a little of white chocolate to be put on top of the cake. Cold the cake, and put a pot or a book over it, so that everything could be well joined. When it`s cold, put the filling on the last crust, and sprinkle the chocolate over it. It`s so white, that many people think of it as a salt cheese cake :)
