Neću da pustim leto. Ni lepo vreme, ni aktivniji ni zdraviji život. Neću da prestanem da sa uživanjem kombinujem svo to sveže voće i povrće u kuhinji. Ne međusobno, naravno :)

E sad. Bez obzira što ja neću da ga pustim, ono polako izmiče. No, kako ja uprkos tome želim da nastavim sa laganim obrocima, predstaviću vam dva recepta sa brokolijem kao glavnim sastojkom. Njega ima tokom cele godine, ako ne drugačije, onda barem zamrznutog. A svi znamo koliko je zdrav, no na žalost i ne toliko omiljen među ljudima. Ja sam ga baš zavolela, naročito kada sam otkrila neke sastojke koji ubiju taj njegov jak početni ukus koji mnogima smeta. 

Brokoli sa prelivom od limuna i susama


300 g brokolija
5 kašika malsinovog ulja
pola limuna
2 kašičice majoneza
so, biber
pečeni susam po ukusu

Obariti brokoli u posoljenoj vodi, dok ne omekša. U ovom jelu ja ostavim brokoli u krupnijim komadima. Napraviti marinadu od ostalih sastojaka. Preliti brokoli. I to je sve :) Meni je ovo bilo dovoljno kao obrok. Možete ga jesti i kao prilog uz meso, dodati pavlaku, sir.

Tart od brokolija i buđavog sira - "Zeleni tart"


Ovaj recept je preuzet odavde. Speltino brašno, buđavi sir - what's there not to like! Ja volim malo jače zapečene pite, što se može videti iz priloženog. Recept doduše nije od laganijih, ali jedno dva parčeta ne mogu da škode! I nemojte da vas zavara malo jači miris brokolija pomešan sa isto tako jačim mirisom buđavog sira - kad zagrizete, iskustvo je potpuno drugačije!

English version

I just don`t want to let the summer go. Neither this nice weather, neither this more active and healthier life. I just don`t want to stop combining all these fresh fruits and vegetables in the kitchen. Not together, of course :)

Well, now... No matter what I think and want, the summer is slowly passing. In spite of that I want to continue with easy meals, and hence I`ll present you with two simple recipes, with broccoli as main ingredient. We have broccoli during whole year, at least in frozen state. We all know ho healthy it is, but unfortunately not that favourite among people. I learned how to really like it, especially when I discovered some ingredients that can kill its stronger smell.

Broccoli with lemon and sesame marinade

300g broccoli
5 spoons of olive oil
half of lemon
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
salt, pepper
fried sesame to taste

Boil broccoli in salt water, until it got soften. In this meal, I cut in in bigger pieces. Make a marinade from the rest of the ingredients. Cover broccoli with it. And that`s it :) I like to eat it as a complete meal, but you can serve it with meat, add some sour cream or cheese.

Tart with broccoli and blue cheese - "Green tart"

I found this recipe here. Spelt flour, blue cheese - what`s there not o like! I like pies to be a bit over baked, which can be seen from the photos. The recipe is not that much healthy-healthy, but two pieces of this tart can`t hurt, right? :) And don`t be fooled by a bit stronger smell of broccoli and cheese when the tart is done - when you take a bite, it`s a completely different experience!
