Našla sam ipak jedan, i on je opisan u nastavku teksta.

35g kakaa
80ml vruće vode
150g tamne čokolade za kuvanje
150g margarina
200-250g žutog šećera
100g mlevenog lešnika ili badema
4-6 jaja

Za preliv:
300g crvenog voća (mešano, jagode, maline, višnje)
šećer u prahu

Umutiti kakao sa vrućom vodom. Odvojeno otopiti čokoladu sa margarinom. Dodati u smesu. Potom dodati šećer i bademe.

... or flourless chocolate cake which was meant to become a chocolate crumble

For a long time now I want to make one delicious cake which I saw on 24 kitchen, in the show of famous Anabel Lengbein. The cake in question is a flourless chocolate cake. With lots of dark chocolate, cocoa, yellow sugar. You could almost say that it`s healthy. As healthy as one cake can be.

However, I couldn`t find lots of recipes of this cake on Internet. I found one similar, which is described in the following text.

When I started to make this cake, I was lacking one egg. Whether it was because of this one egg, or it was because this wasn`t the original recipe, the cake didn`t want to thicken. It was delicious, but I couldn`t cut it nicely. Then I wanted to try taking it with a spoon, like a crumble, and to serve it with vanilla ice cream. I also served it in small bowls, instead of a plate.

And that`s how this delicious crumble was made. I`m making it for a second time, on demand of my husband.

You`ll need:

35g cocoa
80ml hot water
150g dark chocolate
150g butter
200-250 g yellow sugar
100g crushed almond or hazelnut
4-6 eggs

For dressing:
300g red fruit (mixed, strawberry, raspberry, cherry)
powder sugar

Mix cocoa with hot water. Melt chocolate with butter, add it to mixture. Then add sugar and almonds. Separately mix yolks, and then egg whites, and add all to the mixture. Bake it for around 1h on 160C.

Anabel sprinkled the cake with cocoa and raspberry juice. I melted mixed red fruit with powder sugar, and cover the whole cake with it.

Serve it in small bowls. First put cut strawberries. Cover it with crumbled cake, and then add vanilla ice cream. Decorate it with strawberries and mint leaves.
