Lagani sendviči sa dimljenim lososom ///// Small smoked salmon sandwiches

Doručak mi je oduvek bio važan. Ne pijem kafu, pa nikad nisam mogla da razumem koleginice i drugarice koje nestrpljivo dolaze na posao, ne bi li što pre otpile koji gutljaj one "prve jutarnje". I ja takvo ushićenje imam, ali za jutarnji komad dobre hrane. 

Godinama sam zaposlena, na poslu koji počinje veoma rano, te nemam vremena da sebi kući spremim valjan doručak. Onda se pet dana nedeljno snalazim pomoću štapa i kanapa da ujutru pojedem nešto lagano, a zasitno. Takvih gotovih doručaka u okolini posla baš i nema puno.

Međutim, od kad sam se porodila, dobila sam priliku da se zaista posvetim čitavoj toj umetnosti zdravih doručkova. Šalila sam se sa koleginicom da sam postala pravi kliše - gajim dete, isprobavam recepte, i vrlo često ne mogu ni da zaspim od maštanja o sutrašnjem doručku. Sitnice su zaista te koje te ispunjavaju. I srećan je onaj ko ume da im se prepusti!


Ove light sendviče koje ću predstaviti smo muž i ja otkrili kao laganu večeru, ali meni su u par navrata poslužili i kao veoma zasitan, a lagan doručak. Posle nekoliko isprobavanja različitih kombinacija, ova nam je pobedila i nje se držimo već neko vreme.


Sastojci:

kukuruzne galete
dimljeni losos
kriške tofu sira sa mirođijom
namaz od milerama
paradajz nasečen na kriške
rukola
klice (alfa alfa ili od grčkog semena)
italijanska mešavina začina

(Namaz od milerama: pomešati mileram sa belim lukom u prahu, bosiljkom, ruzmarinom i origanom. Posoliti, dodati malsinovo ulje. )

Namerno nisam stavila količinu jer su sendviči zaista idealna prilika da sastojke kombinujete po vašem ukusu. Nama je pored lososa, suština ovih sendviča baš u krckavosti kukuruznih galeta. Probali smo i sa redovnim hlebom, ali nije to to. Ako ne volite te galete, predlažem da redovan hleb tostirate ili ispečete u rerni. 

Preko sendviča sam do nedavno kapala par kapi aromtizovanog maslinovog ulja koje mi je sestra donela iz Grčke, a sada samo malo nameljem italijansku mešavinu začina preko njih. I ona takođe da taj neki final touch sendvičićima.

Breakfast has always been important to me. I don`t drink coffee, so I could never understand my friends or colleagues who are running to work to try a sip of that first morning coffee, which will lift them up. I have that excitement too actually, but towards food.

For years now I`ve been working on a job which starts really early, so I don`t have time to prepare a breakfast at home. Then I have to manage somehow to eat healthy and easy for five days a week, which is really hard, concerning the fact that there are not many places to buy that kind of food around my work.

However, since I gave a birth, I finally got some time to explore with different healthy breakfasts. With eating clean! I was joking with my colleague that I`ve become a real cliche - raising a child, testing new recipes, and sometimes can`t sleep at night because I can`t wait for tomorrow to try a new recipe. Little things are really the ones that can fill you up. And a rich man is the one who can enjoy in them.

These light sandwiches my housband and I usually eat for dinner, but they can easily be eaten for breakfast too. After trzing out different combinations, this is the one that suits best for us.

Ingredients:

corn galette
smoked salmon
white cream dip
sliced tomato
rukola
sprouts (alfa alfa or greek seed)
Italian mix of spices

(White cream dip: mix the white cream with garlic powder, basil, rosemary and oregano. Add salt and olive oil.)

I left out the quantities on purpose, because the sandwiches are a wonderful opportunities to combine the ingredients to your taste. Beside the salmon, the highlight of these sandwiches is in that crispiness of corn galette. We have tried with regular bread. it`s just not that feeling. If you don`t have corn galettes, try tosting a regular bread.

Until recently I had aromatic olive oil, which I was sprinkling above the sandwiches, Now a regular Italian mix of spices can equaly add some final touch to them.

And trust me, only two sandwiches will be enough. Try and test it for yourself!
