Svi ste verovatno već upoznati sa mojom opčinjenošću palentom. Kao početnici u kuhinji, a velikom ljubitelju hrane sa testom, često me mrzi da umesim samo testo, pa mi je palenta često adekvatna zamena. Brzo se spremi, a i stomaku više prija.
Kuglice od palente sam već pravila
ranije, a ovaj recept predstavlja novu verziju. Valja se snaći i eksperimentisati sa sastojcima koje imate u kuhinji :)
Potrebno vam je:
250g palente
500ml supe (ili samo so)
puter
origano
mak
susam
Palentu volim da skuvam u provreloj supi. Ukoliko želite zdraviju varijantu, u provrelu vodu samo dodajte so. Zbog ukusa sam ovaj put dodala i malo putera u provrelu vodu. Po ukusu dodati mak, origano i peršun. Formirati kuglice i valjati ih u susam. Poređati na pek-papir u tepsiji i peći na 200C dok ne porumene.

All of you are probably already
acquainted with my polenta admiration. As a beginner in the kitchen, and
a big lover of pastry food, I`m often not in the mood for making the
pastry, so polenta often comes as a proper substitute. It`s easy to
make, and stomach likes it more.
I already made polenta balls
before,
but this recipe here is a new version of the recipe. It`s good to
manage with the ingredients you have in the kitchen at the moment :)
You`ll need:
250g polenta
500 ml soup (or just salt)
butter
oregano
poppy seed
sesame
I
like to prepare polenta in a boiling soup. However, if you want a bit
healthier version, you just add salt into the boiling water. For better
taste, I added butter in the water also. Form the balls and dip them in
sesame. Put them on bake paper on the bake dish, and bake them on 200C
until they get brown.
